Best solutions for this problem? I did a quick search on mach 15 leaking inside trailer and didn't find anything. Just woke up today with the floor all wet & a/c dripping on the inside, it's a 2020 hideout with very little road time. Thank you

The AC is not draining properly. Roof air? Drain line clogged. Wall air? Not tilted toward outside.

Remember that “road time” and “sit time” are about equal for leaks.

I assume the drain is clogged i was going to pull the cover off and look, but i don't feel comfortable digging too deep. But no ladder at the moment, my mistake I had always assumed they come with one & didn't realize ours didn't have one built onto it, lol.

Could be the gasket also, or it froze up and defeosted. You need to check it all.

I don't believe it froze over cause it only lets water out while it's running. We have let it set a couple hrs it spews water right afterwards.. now that I've done more research, it's most likely a stopped up evap drain tray or possible a cracked drain tray (worst case scenario)

Inside the RV remove the cover and tighten the 4 mounting bolts a quarter turn. The unit has more than likely vibrated a little loose and water on the roof is leaking in under the gasket. Don’t over tighten.

If it didn't come with a ladder then there's a 99% chance the roof isn't rated to be walked on, if you go up to inspect use a piece of plywood to spread out your weight over multiple trusses.

Low fan speed / restricted air flow and high humidity will cause icing / freeze up.
Also- as mentioned, no ladder = no walk roof. That's how the manufacturer tells you to stay off, so also as previously mentioned use plywood to spread the load.

For what it’s worth my TT didn’t come with a ladder either. I had heard the theory it meant my roof couldn’t be walked on. I called Heartland directly and asked about walking on my roof. The tech replied it was no problem. He also offered there is no such thing as a “no walk on roof.” If there were, no RVs would have AC or vents up top. Also roofs needed to be walked on to perform preventative maintenance. Some RVs just don’t come with ladders.

After the phone call I proceeded to install 400W of solar, a fantastic fan and a skylight while walking on my roof.
