Honestly guys. Its not going to be in there long enough to dissolve any way. So it does not really matter. Just use plenty of water, and you will be good. Hint. If you are only dumping every 4 or 5 days. You aren't using enough water. My 30 gal tank only lasts 2 of us 2 1/2 days.

BINGO!

RV TP is more like sand paper. It's typically pretty thin and way over priced.

I use the same stuff in the truck camper that I use at home.

These threads about TP always end up like that.
Putting TP in s wastebasket in the bathroom is just nasty.

Scott used to have "RV Septic Safe" written on their single ply tissue. When I noticed they stopped writing it on their product I called the 800 number on their tissue and talked to their representative and he said all their single ply tissue was safe to use in RV tanks.

If you get to the point where you have the P@@P pyramid try this. If you had the pyramid problem proceed as follows. Reach your hand down the hole as far as possible. When you feel anything chunky squeeze it between your fingers until it not chunky. Put 5 gallons of water down the hole and put you arm back in and swirl it around. Give it a few minutes and letr rip. Hope this helps. I have a low cost video of this if you need further instructions

How about making presentation on next rv.net rally?

If you have a wife, you better stop right there and find out what she wants to do.

.

If you are going to use a lot of water then this is good advice. However if you don’t use lots of water, and people in your RV use a roll every day, then use single ply tp.

If they are going to use a roll per day, it won't matter, they will use twice as much and double it up, so they will still go thru a roll per day.

If you won't or can't use a lot of water, get a small basket and put it next to the toilet for used paper.

You single-ply users, don’t shake my hand.

That stuff is cr@p!

Agree. It just has to pass the water dissolving test and looks like the OP already did that.
