Quick fix is Eternabond tape. Long term find the leak, clean out old sealant and seal it up with Dicor calking

X2 on Dicor but clean off the old stuff first. In selected areas…Eternabond

Where is it leaking? I have found Eternabond to be a one time repair.
Some places need to be caulked.

Had good results using Dicor non-sag sealant.
