I guess the car shortage has ruined the extended warranty con. For now.
You wouldn't know it listening to my phone, I get 3 or 4 calls a day letting me know that my warranty is about to expire, on a vehicle that's been out of warranty for 3 years now.

Genie still gets calls for extended warranty on a Buick she hasn't owned in over five years. Maybe the new owner gets those calls too ...

The insurance company can collect from first and second owner - what a racket!!

Something many do not know.
Television, Radio and Newspaper have two types of content
Product and filler.
PRODUCT is the advertisements. that is what the station charges for
Filler: is the program. The stations pay for those.
The more ads the more profit.

What gets me is when I see (Well hear cause I don't watch 'em) the same exact add e times in one commercial break. (or more)

I'm getting a callus on my finger from clicking the mute button ... same mini-videos over and over. In fact, some insult our intelligence so badly and frequently, we absolutely refuse to buy that product.

We watch very limited TV anyway, and that cumulation of minutes shrinks weekly.

And, I just bought a new Kindle - with your mind in the right place, reading will take you anywhere you want to go, without commercial interruption.

Nothing is free, someone always pays for it eventually, or previously.

The FREE part is just a little bait and switch. They aren't actually saying the insurance is free, they're saying the phone call is free.
