Why the inside out swap on the original front tires already? Is your front end eating the tires that bad? Or have you actually put a lot of miles on them?

I have just over 4000 miles on them and they're not wearing perfectly even.

I took the old truck out yesterday and exercised it a little.
It would have been nice if the 400 in my '79 F-250 4wd would have
had half the power this 410 does.

The transfer case has been slipping out of low range so I fixed it for only $2.39. [emoticon]

I hate that place almost as bad as Walmart….

But to be fair, you literally bought a type of tire that hasn’t been mainstream since idk, maybe when I was about 7 years old.

Our local Walmart is probably the best tire shop in town. LOL

We have the place I took my truck to and a Big 0 and I loath that place.

There are a lot of directional tires on the market today, like the Cooper Evolution winter tires I ordered for my car.

Its sad that a "tire" person can't tell one just by looking at the tread design. I would expect them to know this.

One of my daughters named my truck Lurch, so this must be Lurch Scat. LOL

I bought the truck for two reasons, one - I lost my other pickup when I went back to work full time and
stay in my truck camper rather tan renting a motel room.

I still need a pickup for all the usually reasons that you own one.

Second is its been a long time since I had a 4wd truck that I could take off road and go play.

Being a 1976 Ford F-250 4wd with 4.10 gears, powered by a strong
Mercury 410 4V makes a perfect combo for off-roading.

These are the winter tires that I bought for my car.
They too are directional tires.
Thank Heaven they have an arrow to show the direction of rotation so they can mount them correctly.
I'll be having Walmart mount and balance them for me.

My car has a HUGE trunk.

I got my new winter tires put on this afternoon at Walmart.
I think I'm going to like them. [emoticon]

I wish I'd had them on this morning in SLC.[emoticon]

^Above trunk is about the same size as a 1/2 ton 5.5 bed golf club hauler.

Those tires look to have some bite for sure! Should be a great choice for Winter snow.

I've been in the snow once with them and they are awesome winter tires.

I'm very pleased and impressed with them.
