What do you mean by cleaned and resealed the camper to truck cable . Did you take the plugs apart and check the internal wire connections . Did you check with a test light the terminals on the female bed plug . If they all work the problem is on the camper side , if they don’t it’s on the truck side .

I had the same problem on my Northstar. No / dim brake lights, everything else worked. It ended up being the camper plug where it connects to the truck plug. The contacts had gotten bent, and were intermittently / lightly making contact. Ordered a replacement plug with more robust contacts. Problem solved.

My 2012 Ford has a 30amp trailer fuse in the power center under the hood not the fuse block in the passenger kick panel.
Here is my wild azz guess - tail light wire loose or disconnected in a plug. You disturbed the wires while cleaning etc maybe caused a short and that fuse blew cutting all trailer plug power.
I’ve been wrong before.
