There are two model numbers of the 3M masks.
8200 and 8210
The straps on the 8200 are held in place by staples
The straps on the 8210 are bonded.
The thing that makes this important is that the 8200's allow the straps to adjusted.
You can gently pull and stretch the bands under the staple to make them looser or tighter.
Just pull slowly and gently.

The 8210's cannot be adjusted

8200's can be purchased on Amazon

I personally like the V-flex from 3M because unlike the muffin tops, these are a hybrid between a surgical mask and the muffin tops. They fit snuggly like all N-95s but have the added benefit that they wrap over and under the mouth/nose area making for a comfortable fit. Unfortunately, finding them in smaller quantities (non bulk case) may be difficult or subject to delays or low supply and backordering.
