In cold weather I take a warmer ring to sit on. I love vault toilets as they are hassle free and nothing to break. Quick and easy. Cheers

Had one many, many years ago at the cottage. In winter everybody had their own individual styrofoam seat.

If they can't figure out how to sit on a toilet seat and take a dump, how can they figure out how to add water to their RV tank, turn on the water pump, step on the foot peddle to add water to the bowl, take a dump, step on the peddle again to get rid of said dump.

What special technique is needed? The only thing I can think of is to not throw anything that's not toilet paper in, but all the ones I've seen have signs warning the same.
Closing the toilet lid while done is a nice thing to do for the next guy, but many people don't.
Other than "don't drop your cell phone in", what else is there to know?
