I seemed to have lost the battery cap on one side of our Group 65 chassis battery. Ordered some "universal"caps from Ebay that did not fit. Stopped by several auto parts stores. They do not sell new caps and do not have ones that seem to fit my battery.
Any suggestions on how to put some kind of caps on would be appreciated.

Try an old fashioned fishing cork not the round type.
Or wine cork.

I would stop by an Orielly's, Costco or any auto parts chain and ask if you can have one off a core return.

Yup any place that sells batteries will have the old/core batteries where they can pull one for you.
