Door weather stripping would be my guess.

You're wondering if it's the cab lights, I've had more than one truck with cab lights and never experienced any whistling. One thing you could do is take a screwdriver and make sure all screws on those lights are tight

2019 2500HD with the towing mirrors. At certain speeds and wind direction the mirrors whistle. If I extend the mirrors out a little, it stops.

With the hose method, have helped ID sources :

2 Windshield. One at the middke bottom. Other upper, pager corner

Several door, door window

One down on the floor where a drain plug wasn't reinstalled correctly

The hose should be about 3-4 foot long

Good luck

Several years older model with the same issue. Pull the mirrors out just a bit (.5" or so) and it stopped. 13 years later, apparently enough crud has built up that it doesn't happen anymore.

Had the same noise issue on a Toyota Tundra: fixed by putting a strip of black electrical tape over a seam in the mirror housing.

Check the trim around the front windshield. With my bug deflector on my truck it caused a whistle tapping noise at highway speed. I taped around window and outside, and filled slight gap with black caulk. No more noise.
