Is anyone familiar with Heartland North Trail Caliber trailers? I'm scheduled to look at 2016 22FBS today and know nothing about brand or quality. Any insight or info will appreciated.

Do a complete inspection from roof to undercarriage…get up on the roof and under the trailer. Run every system. Check tire manufacturer dates.

Have a 2017 Heartland, different model. Quality seems decent, about like Most campers.
Ours was basically new last year when we bought it. Used once, in 4 years, lol. So a few minor things.
But like mentioned above, damage or leaks and non working “stuff” is what to look for.

In 2010, Heartland was purchased by Thor Industries, one of the big RV conglomerates.

With the possible exception of Airstream, nothing made by any Thor subsidiary is exactly world-renowned for build quality - although the quality in 2016 was probably better than it currently is.

Hire a mobile RV tech to do a pre-purchase inspection before handing over any money to the seller.

I bought my North Trail new in 2010 and still have it. It has been great for our family with only repairs due to my own mistakes. As mentioned, the value of any 5+ year old RV is more reliant on how well it was maintained than any initial quality. Search for a couple Pre-Delivery Inspection guides and checklists or hire someone to do it for you.

Extremely useful information, I wish it could help me close my debts, which I have a huge amount, but at least some services, such as ***Link Removed***https://www.topbritishessays.com/, help me find good writers who write essays for me and save my time.
