When camping, I try to create as much effective light as possible. I have used propane lanterns, battery powered lanterns, and I have even used a clear plastic water container with a flashlight underneath to help dissipate the light (really cool effect, especially when the water moves). I have thought of using LED lights with battery/inverter setup strung across trees to light up the site.
What do you use? What special lighting have you created? Share with us.

Why would you want to do that? Enjoy the night sky.

When camping I try to use as little light as possible between Evening Nautical Twilight and Morning Nautical Twilight. I am not afraid of the dark. I don’t want to disturb my neighbors or wildlife.

Try a natural night sky, then ask.

All of the above, obviously LED are most effective when dry camping. Yes the night sky is nice but also need some lighting depending on the activity. The propane lantern was always my go-to, but since I added an LED strip under the awning, have not used one much.

Time/activity/neighbor dependent as all is, just like the outdoor speaker threads. How about answering the OPs question instead of telling him he doesn't need lighting? jeez....

Well, OP is a RV company that has been conducting market research on here for the last month. Doubtful it is for OP's personal use at all. Generally speaking, I'd rather not see a bunch of lights added to RVs (especially ones marketed for boondocking) when all they will do is annoy their neighbors. One thing I've observed out here is that if you put a lot of obnoxious lights on a trailer, they're going to be used. If this were any other user, maybe I'd answer the question a little differently.

My own opinion, I particularly dislike those who use the extremely bright lanterns.... blinding to anyone nearby who looks at them and very annoying if you are camped nearby.

I did, BurbMan. “What do you use?” Answer…as little artificial light as possible.

I was wondering how long it would take for someone to call BlackSeries out on this. He's misrepresenting himself.

Isn't there forum rule about commercial activity (other than GS, of course)?

Don't feed the troll applies............
