We have animals; 7 dogs, 5 cats, 180 sheep. Occasionally I get to see friendships develop between animal species. Here are two recent examples. Unfortunately I was unable to get closer while recording the interactions

Pretty cool. We had a few odd friendships on our farm too. A goat and a rooster, a steer and our dog. No video in those days, just memories.

Our pappillon dog made friends with my wife's chickens when they were just little nuggets. Somehow he ended up in the coop. Nightime would come and he would round them up to get them into the coop.
