Hi,
One arm of my motorized Carefree awning would not fully extend - maybe by and the awning is sagging
https://photos.app.goo.gl/StDkRNjqfoXHcVtT9
The other arm has no problem at all.
I have no problem retracting it.
Looks like the motor is ok. Is the problem in the arm? how do I fix it? anywhere in the arm I can adjust the arm?(can not find anything obvious by looking outside.
Please advise.
Thank you in advance.

Just figured it out myself, the gas spring on sagging side is not extended to its fully length, it is 2.5" shorter than the other side.
Just need to change the gas spring, that should fix the problem.

That may have been done on purpose... So that if it rains water runs off easier.
Or not.. Not a Carefree expert by any means.
