Seeing some uneven tire wear on right front and left rear tires. Both Goodyears and about 7;000 miles. Other two look normal. Replaced the two worn ones and watching closely. Looking to have axle alignment checked in Green Valley/Tucson area. Any recommendations ?

Take it to a truck frame and alignment shop. You should also check and/or replace the leafspring bushings and shackles with a wet bolt kit.

Make sure it's not river edge wear which is a tire defect.

CA Traveler I was not familiar with the term river wear. After looking into it my tires were something in between river wear and shoulder step wear. Both have no correction steps listed. So I may be alright. I have 2 new tires to replace the worn ones and will watch them close.
I put the new ones on in OK city and I am now in Pa and head back west next week. We shall see what transpires.
Thanks

Corvette Kent. The 5er is only in its second season, but wet bolts are on the short list soon.

I take my 5th wheel to Arizona Spring on Grant in Tucson. They do my wheel bearings and check the alignment They had to repair the alignment once. Fair price.

Did tire pictures get taken to help the shop diagnose the wear issues?

Thanks, if I have a repeat of the wear when I get back I’ll look them up.

I know I took pictures of the codes on the sidewall, not sure about the wear pattern. But not to worry, once I return, if it is an alignment issue and not a defect they will have a fresh sample.

A friend with an 05 Cedar Creek with a lot of miles on it had one tire position trashing tires at the drop of a hat. He took it to the trailer shop and they replaced all the bushings and no more problem. I wouldn’t think bad bushings would do that much damage but he said that was the only problem. I’d start there.
