You don't need to turn off any breakers if your battery is charged.
If your battery is low, let it charge a few minutes before you turn on the AC. The charger may draw 4 amps for a short time

Yes, plug in and let it rip. Once running check the voltage is above 110 in the RV.
If the breaker overloads.... turn the fridge and water to propane only. If it still overloads let the battery charge for 60 minutes and try again.
And forget the microwave or the hairdryer. TV and lights will be OK.
If the GFCI trips.... ok that is more involved.

Hi,
I'm comfortable running the roof air so long as voltage is no lower than 108. I monitor it with a Kill-a-Watt meter.
If it is lower than 108, I add the autoformer to the circuit.
Regards, Don

Are you using an extension cord? That will reduce the voltage if so. If you have a way to monitor the voltage in the trailer then keep an eye on it. It will probably be OK.
I see you already did, and it worked out. Now you know it’s time to run a dedicated 30A service for the RV.

Usually on a 20 amp (T-shaped neutral) circuit you can run 1 "Big ticket" item (A/C, Water heater, Microwave) as others have said run the fridge on Propane
And make sure the batteries are full (Give them at least 2 or 3 hours of "plugged in" time before you run the A/C)
Of course this only works if your spouse is not Eva Gabor (Reference to TV show: Green Acres)
