Well I was never able to post a picture, but I did find out what it was! Bang around a lot of rv forums.
An hit gold on Winnebago owners forum! It’s called a WART. The gentleman that was replacing his analog tv and described what the WART is for and how to remove and reattach to the newer flat screen tv!
It connect this tv speaker to the rigs surround sound system.
Thanks to all that responded to my help question. Now I got to get back to the install!

Analog TVs in RVs? That’s unusual these days.

Also, you should NOT need that Wart on a TV that has Audio RCA outputs already. Doug
