I have a 2007 Coachmen Cross Country 389DS. I am trying to find the model number on my awning. It is an A&E two step awning (manual). the only number I have found is 3307846.125 and that is on the arm. I have pulled out all of my manuals for the coach and can't find the number. It measures 16'9" inside of arm to inside of arm. The awning will free fall when lowering and it will not roll back up without doing it by hand. If anyone can help me out with any info it would greatly be appreciated.

You need to roll the awning completely out and it will be on the tube on the one end. I know this because I just had the awning fabric replaced and when I had some other work done on it, the repairman put the awning out for me and I snapped a picture of the label. I sent that to the awning guy and that was just what he needed. It tells the length, etc. I had previously taped the awning up and didn't think it would unroll, but turned out it did and I was able to get all the info for the repair.

You do not need model in this case. You need to replace BOTH the RH and LH Torsions spring assbly's. 1 is bad and the other after 15 years is probably ready to fail. Doug

This is the RH white which will be at the front of the RV

This is the front Black RH. It depends on your color. The RH has the LOCK assbly while the LH(if you can find one) is just a spring.
