Ok we bought a 2018 AF 27-5 and are leaving in August and I can't figure out how i am going to run my resmed Cpap while boondocking any ideas. I have several USB ports near the head board are there a adapter I can buy? Would appreciate any ideas thanks.

USB ports have limited power at 5V. Assuming the CPAP uses 12V power then just wire up a matching plug/fuse to the battery.
What are your CPAP power requirements?

Your Cpap normally runs off of 110VAC. You should have 110VAC outlets in the bedroom. I'm assuming your 5th has batteries and a converter to supply 110VAC?
You can buy adapters to run them off ov 12VDC from Amazon, but there's no reason for you to do that.
And no, the USB outlets do not have enough power. Your power supply for the Cpap should use 95 to 100 watts.

Go to the manufacturer of your C-Pap and see what options they offer for 12 volt power. You may need to carry a seper3te 12 volt battery to power it.

My wife's CPAP is a Phillips Dream Station 2. Its power requirements are 12V, 6.7A. The included 120V power supply is a 12V DC transformer which she uses at times when we are on shore power. We have a Phillips supplied adapter that we plug into 12V in the trailer so it runs off the trailer's battery when needed.
When going on a houseboat trip, I will pull our 100 amp hour lithium battery and take it with us along with the trailer's convertor to charge the battery after 2 night's use. Works great and is reliable. Can recharge in 2 hours off the boat's generator.

Plus for boondocking you need to understanding your energy needs, battery capacity and how the batteries will be recharged.
One option is to camp with power but leave the main CB off and see how long the batteries last. Hopefully at least one night. Do you have solar or a gen?

In order to have 120 VAC power when boondocking, you will need an inverter (not converter) and a battery bank large enough to supply your needs.
You will need to add up your loads and see how much energy you will need to store in the batteries.

Solar panels, Lithium batteries, MPPT controller, small PSW inverter and you’ll be set. Start with an energy survey to determine your battery needs. Be liberal too!

There are several possibilities depending on your circumstances. If you are connected to shore power you just have to find a plug convenient to your bed.
In my case I purchased the DC power adapter. I had a 12V "cigarette type" plug installed in the bedroom with direct 12V from the batteries. This allows me to bypass the inverter and save significant energy overnight. I also use this same power source when we are "hooked up" -- no reason not to.
