So DW lowers the arm rest and the thing pops out of the back rest and falls on the floor.
The thing has a pin that attaches it to the seat, but when I tried to put it back in place there isn't anything to secure it too. Has anyone had this happen. I guess an auto body shop might know. On day 45 of our trip and knock on wood this is the only problem...So Far.... 2020 Ford E450 standard equipment.

Got it. There is a small pin that acts as a lock and it became detached from the mount. I was able to find it and press it back into the mount. And all's well. We still have another month or so on the road and one of the last things I need is anything to happen to that seat!!!!
