Looking at buying a 2023 chevy equinox.is anyone towing this car? I read that it ok to tow with a auto trans.Thanks .

Guessing you mean flat down towable, did Chevrolet say it? All configurations or some?

yes flat down towing. from what I read on the website it is ok to tow with an auto trans.The dealers around me don't have the 2023 in yet. When they do will look a the owners MANUAL.

The ultimate authority is the actual Owners Manual that came with the vehicle. In most cases you can do a Google Search with the year make and model to find one online. But you will want to verify with the actual owners manual of that vehicle to be sure since sometimes the online ones might differ from the actual.

Generally speaking you want to look for the section on "Recreational Towing" in the owners manual.

Look on page 304 of the owners manual. Also see my post regarding battery charging on 2020 Equinox. I was told you need to pull the fuse for the rear wiper.
