Needing advice on selling or repairing a Gulf Stream Vista Cruiser Mini 4231. This is the original T1N 5-cylinder and cylinder 4 has zero compression. Would like to sell it as is.

Maybe list it on a rv sales site, and see if there is interest

Acpop,
You don't give us much to go on here.
I my part of the RV world, a number of units get sold in less than great condition, and those that cannot be driven away go real cheap. I suggest you get at least an estimate to repair the engine. That may answer a lot of your question right up front.
If it is over 10 years old with a bad engine, maybe one will be interested.
If it is over 15 years old not many will want it.
If it is 20 years old and needs expensive work you may have a hard time finding anybody that will pay to tow it away.

Hope I'm not breaking any forum rules here, but you might want to try your questions over on the Sprinter Source forum. As the name suggests, they're a little more specialized in Sprinter related topics, including repairs and they have sub forums for the various chassis/engine combinations, T1N, NCV3, VS30. You might even get some advice on what it's worth "as is".
Mike. Comments are anecdotal or personal opinions, and worth what you paid for them.
