Dc power works but when i plug in acpower anywhere it pops breaker where i plug into.

Sounds like you have a dead short on the AC side. Turn off all the breakers and plug in the power. Turn on breakers until you find the circuit causing the problem.

With the breakers off and you plug in, there is a problem with the power feed to the trailer. Do you have a volt -Ohm meter?

He could have a GFCI breaker. OP has two posts covering same electrical problem.
