Being steam, it could probably pull quite a bit. At 2 MPH you'd get there faster walking. Look where that beginning has brought us.

Yep, pretty torquey, I guess. You'd be the center of attention pulling into an RV park, towing your RV. Maybe if a tranny with several forward gears were implemented, you could travel at highway speeds!
