Why is it when you renew your membership now you have to ask for a physical plastic card? Used to be it would automatically be sent to you. A paper printout is worthless when it comes to getting your gas discount. Can't slide a piece of paper into the gas pump. By the way I asked for two cards, one for me and one for my wife, and they just sent one.

I have the same problem, even got a membership extension with a new purchase at a local camping world.
Asked for 2 new cards and never received.
Once they get your money then you no longer exist.
If you cannot take good care of what you have, you will not have anything good for very long!!!

That is the truth, how about it takes 2 to 5 business days to get your credit & takes them 1 day to process your purchase.
