Can build anything with a big enough checkbook….even though there are many plain ole toyhaulers that meet your 12/36 requirement.

What are the brands and model numbers as I haven't found any? NOT bumper pull..
Really your best bet is to start going to each manufacturer to see what they offer. Things change over time so hard for owners to know what is being made today. Keeping it at 36' with a 12' garage will be a big challenge. I'd start checking Genesis RV and Grand Design.
If you want to stay at or below 36' & want a fiver toyhauler your best bet is an open floor plan (no separate garage). You will have a lot more to choices.
