Because when you own a business that depends on your truck(s) you can't dick around. Every minute those tires are not turning is a minute you're losing money.

I doubt the mechanic is bored with 1.3 million trucks recalled back to the 2011-13 model years for transmission snafus, and THIS ONE. just issued recently
