Our next long trip theme will be Star Trek. The itinerary will be planned around First Contact Day on April 5, 2024 in Bozeman, MT.

Of course, we will also be visiting:

The future birthplaces of Captains Kirk (Riverside, IA) and Janeway (Bloomington, IN).

Star Trek Voyage Home Museum in Riverside, IA.

The Original Series set in Ticonderoga, NY.

The Starship Enterprise studio model at the National Air and Space Museum (DC).

Can you think of any others I may be forgetting?

Vulcan Alberta has a landing pad. Inspected by Spock himself.

If you head down south, check out the Nuetral Zone Studios, where the series Star Trek Continues was filmed in Kingsland, GA, just north of Jacksonville, FL. They still have the recreated sets from TOS on display and available for tours.

Roswell UFO festival is out of this world. Star Trek is always a main attraction.

There's a Star Trek experience in Vegas. But then there's a lot of other stuff in Vegas that might throw you off your theme.

They have a festival in Bozeman.

I forgot about the Neutral Zone Studios in GA. Definitely will add that one. Might have to do different trips to see Roswell and Vegas.
