I don't use it much- mostly for winterization-
1. How hard it is to change out? Looks difficult in small space to get a screwdriver in there
2. Can i use any standard water pump from camping world vs. the actual one that came in the travel trailer?
I own a 29' Shasta TT
thanks

1. Not clairvoyant enough to determine whether yours will be difficult for you to swap out.
2. Yes you can use basically any RV water pump. Nothing special about them in general.

Most RV 12v pumps would work, except maybe in a small space you describe? Using the exact same one would ensure that connections would fit/attach where needed, without needing to change line locations.
In many cases, such as this, it helps to include a photo, to get best answers/opinions.

It is simple except for the close working conditions that you have noted. Two water line connections and one power connection. Then fasten it down. That's it.
