I just found out that when the dealer replaced the store power plug, they reversed the white and black wires. Had to replace the plug today, and I discovered this and wired the new plug according to the diagram. It's a 30 amp trailer. Is there anything I should be alert for after this? Any additional steps I should take?

You should be fine as far as the miswire. The additional step you should take is buy a $10 tester at Lowes or Home Depot and make sure it is correct.

X2 Check with the tester. There are no wire color standards for a RV. Diagrams and so forth until they don't have that wire or color. Production doesn't stop and wait for a Amazon delivery.

As campground host in a state park, all I was allowed to do when camper complained about electricity was plug in a tester. Mostly it was "See, the pole is right" but sometimes call maintenance, see how long before repair could be made.
The most common complaint was GFI on camper would trip. I would offer to let camper owner plug my tester into outlet that was not GFI protected. Most times would indicate mis-wiring someplace between pole and outlet.

you could have just reversed them where they attached to the power center instead of replacing the plug.

I'm not a fan of telling strangers how to do electrical work, but why would you want to have any part of system mis-wired?
Fix it where the mistake was made, don't compound the problem

One of the posts burned, melting the plastic and burning out a piece of the black wire, and tripping the main breaker. Pretty sure I needed to replace the plug at that point. The wires coming out of the shore plug cable matched the diagram included with the plug, so I'm assuming that it is wired correctly now, but I don't have a tester, and won't be able to get one for a couple of weeks, at least.

Buy the tester with a GFCI test button and you check GFCIs. Amazon $13.
