Posted a ? about satellite and sent it three times by mistake. How do you erase a post if you do this.

You can edit your post by pressing the edit button.

You can notify the moderator and ask it to be deleted.

or ... you can get out a little eraser and swipe the monitor, but it leaves a smudge. ;-)

Just hit the edit icon and erase everything.
I'll take care of it next time I come to it

Administrator:

You really need to post more. We miss hearing from you.

According to your profile, you have only made 13 postings in two years. Shuckings, we have some that do that in a day.

Come on and be a part of the group. Tell us about yourself and let us get to know you.

Don't you find double posts irritating?

Many people post 'doubles' becaue they aren't sure the first one 'took' - the screen goes nowhere.

You can tell if it 'took' because at the bottom of the Web browser window, in the grey message line, there will be a little message 'Opening page: blah blah' that means it took and a second ENTER key press will double post.

Just be patient. You can also open up a SECOND web browser window and start browsing this forum independantly of the first session, while you're waiting.

Lets stop these annoying double-posts !!!
