This post is directed at those who have van conversions (Class B). I have AAA Plus now on my vehicles. Does anyone know if AAA Plus will service the Class B or do you have to get the RV Plus with them? Has anyone had any experience, good or bad, with them for your van?
What do most of you carry? Good Sam, Camping World, etc.? Please share your experiences. Thanks

I'm going to check with AAA on this one. I have AAA Plus and I thought that my camper van was covered. But after seeing your post I checked the AAA Plus guide and it lists camper vans as RV's and as such they would need the AAA RV Service Option for tire changes and towing. Evidently the other AAA Plus benifits still apply to RV's without this option. As I said, I'm going to check with AAA and I'll post my findings in this forum.

I have Good Sam and this last trip had the toad fail and the motorhome transmission go out. Called Good Sam and they had both vehicles towed for no charge. Motorhome was towed over 50 miles.

I checked with Triple A. Triple A Plus does not include towing or tire changes on camper vans, but it does cover everything else. The extra cost RV Service Option is required for these services. It gives you 4 roadside assistance calls per year for towing or tire changes (up to $200 per disablement).
