I have been in discussion with Ford and GM on a good contact for chassis issues for our members. So we do not swamp this individual with calls and loose this direct line, I'd ask everyone to first call the:

Ford Motorhome Hotline
800-444-3311

If they cannot help you with your question or issue, then we can use the contact Ford came through with:

Chris Keady
Commercial Vehicle Operations
Modified Vehicle Specialist
ckeady@ford.com
313-845-0452

I need to give him a call but sharing his contact info was approved by Ford VP's.

If you are at the Tampa RV show this week, I think Chris is there instead of in the office in Dearborn.

Can you add this to the FAQ or even make it its own sticky post at the top of the page?
