On the way home from town tonight, I saw 2 Deloreans sitting side by side at the Sonic Drivein!
I didn't get a look at the license plates, so I don't know where they were from. They COULD be local, I suppose...

According to the DMC website, they are in Humble, Texas. They have three DMC pre-owned cars for sale, one in Florida and two in Texas, $45K to $55K.
They plan to build cars to special order, and they are in development of an
EV.
I doubt if I will be buying one anytime soon, at those prices.

That was last weekend; The Strawberry Festival.
There ARE other reasons to "go to town", y'know!

Get in the middle of THAT rowdy bunch? When I was younger, perhaps. These days I don't care much for crowds.
Several years ago, I went to one of the music bashes they hold on Montana Avenue. The music was OK, if you stayed a block from the stage.
I never saw so many drunks in a 4 block space!
I have never been back to one of those annual bashes.
