One year, unless you paid for the second year when purchased. Specific info on Rockwood and all Forest River warranties, service, repairs, etc. is available at the Forest River Forum (Google them, because the Mods will delete any link I place to them.)
They were good/easy to work with on a previous HTT (2007 Rockwood Roo) that I had owned years ago. I have not had any warranty type issues on my current TT, so have not had any recent dealings with them. As Fire Instructor noted, an optional 2nd year warranty is availble thru Forest River. It cost me $150 on our present TT.

I paid $10.00 for the second year of warranty on mine and the ONLY warranty claim was made near the end of the second year. It was a $35.00 repair so not really a good example of how well they honor their written warranty but they wouldn't be in business long if they didn't. the BEST warranty is one you never have to use. Had over 50,000 towing miles on my trailer before I had the first expense of any consequence ($400.00 converter replacement while coming back form Alaska).
